CAPITULO I

1. PROBLEM

Electricity through the ages has become an important element in our lives. Since this can run different appliances as refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners, to name just a few of the many that can make our lives more comfortable, besides this we have artificial light at night.

This artificial light is very important for both houses to roads that through this you can see clearly.

In this community of Los Magallanes, located in the Municpo. San Diego of Carabobo State presents the problem of lack of lighting, due to lack of light bulbs and other things for the roads that are traveled daily. A problem many people pay no attention was not considered of much importance, but this may have consequences for people who travel these roads, as may be provided to illegal acts such as drug robbery among others.

These situations can cause this problem of great interest and importance to people living there, which lead to find a solution so we can avoid these circumstances that can affect the lives of people in the community.

2. GENERAL OBJECTIVE

 Identify the cause that leaves the population of Magallanes without illumination for its streets, in addition to assessing the state in which they are both apparatus and connections, to understand the electrical devices that may fail and discuss possible solutions to the problem.

3. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
 Determine the cause of the lack of lighting in the population.

 Assess the state of devices to help attain enlightenment.

 Check appliances that may be missing.

 Review the importance and potential solutions to the problem.

4. JUSTIFICATION

This research is made for the purpose of highlighting the fact that the lack of lighting in the streets of Los Magallanes, Municpo. San Diego Carabobo State, is an extremely important problem for people who live there because it can lead to consequences affecting the general population is for the reason of not having the necessary clarity in these pathways, because many people pass on foot.

Also of note is that this research helps us to help them achieve possible solutions to this problem, making the community of Los Magallanes

PROPOSAL FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF MANTLE BITUMINOUS ROOF SURFACE PRESENT IN THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE UNIVERSITY NATIONAL EXPERIMENTAL THE BOLIVARIAN ARMED FORCE CARABOBO-EXTENSION ISABELICA.

CHAPTER THE PROBLEM

PROBLEM

Electrochemistry is a branch of chemistry that studies the transformation between electrical and chemical energy. In other words, the chemical reactions that occur at the interface of an electrical conductor (electrode) and an ionic conductor (electrolyte) may be one solution and in some special cases a solid.

The chemical reactions which produce electrons transfer between molecules are known as redox reactions and their importance in electrochemistry is vital, since through such reactions are carried out the processes that generate electricity or otherwise are produced as a result of. In general, the electrochemical charge of studying situations where there are oxidation and reduction reactions were found physically or temporally separated, are in an environment connected to an electrical circuit.

Moreover, corrosion is defined as the deterioration of a material as a result of electrochemical attack their environment in other words can be understood as the general trend of seeking materials have more stable form of lower energy or internal . Whenever this corrosion caused by an electrochemical reaction (oxidation), the speed at which it takes place will depend to some extent on the temperature, the salinity of the fluid in contact with metal and metal properties in question, it is important to note that not only corrode metallic materials, other materials such as ceramics, polymers, etc., can corrode through other mechanisms.

Most building materials like sand, stone, cement, brick or any combination of them, concrete, plastered mix, among others., are porous by nature have a high capacity to absorb water. That is why it is essential to note that the roof of the third floor of the University National Experimental the Bolivarian Armed Force Carabobo-Extension Isbelica presents a corrosion process, this occurs in the concrete due to corrosion or oxidation iron structure at its base which is attacked by several factors among which highlight the climate, lack of maintenance of the structure, etc. Without proper maintenance any structure tends to decline or deteriorate since the oxidation is a natural and spontaneous process that primarily affects the structures that have metals as iron or steel.

Meetings which are also located on the third floor of that institution are leaking, resulting in major consequences because in certain parts of the hall and classrooms the frieze of the roof has been weakened and damaged causing it to fall, which is a serious danger to generating the community Unefista found in these areas. And this without taking into account the stench emanating from these rooms, which are quite unpleasant humidity also makes the work produced curricula and learning becomes uncomfortable.

That is why for the problem under study we propose the implementation of a bituminous coat the existing roof surface, thus eliminate the leaks and the corrosion process that occurs in that institution, which will take place with the help of the student population, teaching and administrative as well as relevant government agencies (with proper approval). And that is where we ask:

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVESTIGATION

GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

Propose the replacement of the bituminous coat the surface of the current ceiling on the third floor of the University National Experimental the Bolivarian Armed Force Carabobo-Extension Isabelica.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

• Analyze how the corrosion process occurs and the consequences it entails.

• Diagnose the extent of knowledge about the corrosion process through a survey carried out in the community unefista Carabobo-Extension Isabelica.

• Report adequately the community Unefista on the corrosion process is occurring in the current ceiling on the third floor of the University National Experimental the Bolivarian Armed Force Carabobo-Extension Isabelica.

JUSTIFICATION AND IMPORTANCE OF INVESTIGATION

This investigation develops a methodology that helps to explain the proposed implementation of a bituminous coat the surface of the current ceiling on the third floor of the University National Experimental the Bolivarian Armed Force Carabobo-Extension Isabelica. This idea usually arises because the corrosion process is spontaneous and occurs by external agents such as climate, structure, etc., causing damage to the structure of the university.

When it comes to corrosion can say that it is caused by a massive electrical flow generated by the chemical differences between the involved parts. This is the case of the roof located on the third floor of the extension Isabelica, who for years has been affected by the corrosion process that is there and for this reason we have developed a project with the aim of finding possible solutions for problems mentioned above which increase with the passing of time and bring disastrous results in both facilities on the premises and in the community who work and study in such an extension.

That is why the following research is of vital importance because you can learn in more detail such as the corrosion process, its causes, the problems generated both in college and in persons who are beneficiaries of the same, also contribute to possible solutions to the problems in question.

STUDY OF THE ELECTROMOTIVE FORCE IN CHEMICAL PROCESSES BY MEANS OF TERMOPARES USE
EXPOSITION OF THE PROBLEM

The electromotive force is the energy from any source, way or device that supplies electrical current, for it one needs the existence of a potential difference between two points or poles (one negative and another positive) of the above mentioned source, which is capable of getting drunk or stimulating the electrical loads across a closed circuit.
Also the value of the electromotive force coincides with the voltage that demonstrates in an electrical circuit opened, that is to say, when it does not have connected load and traffic of current does not exist, therefore. There exist different sources of electromotive force between which they are: the batteries or capable battery of generating electric power for chemical means, as well as also the machines

JUSTIFICATION AND IMPORTANCE OF THE INVESTIGATION

The present work of investigation develops a methodological offer that allows to explain the study of the electromotive force in the chemical process by means of the use of termoparedes.
This idea arises because normally it does not exist a great capacity of knowledge brings over of the electromotive force in the above mentioned processes.
When one speaks about chemical processes there exist different forces that can accelerate the above mentioned processes. This one is the case of the use of the electromotive force that for years has been applied in the chemistry and his different processes, by means of termoparedes or other sources of energy. For such a motive this project has developed with the purpose of analyzing the use of the electromotive force in chemical processes across the use of termoparedes. It is for it that the following investigation performs vital importance, since it is possible to know the electromotive force as well as also the application of the same ones in chemical processes, in addition contribute to the enrichment of the knowledge of the future chemical and petrochemical engineer brings over of this topic.

Preliminary design of chemistry and drugstore
Introduction
The career of Chemistry and Drugstore of the Austral University of Chile exists approximately 14 years ago. This this doomed career when create professionals of area of the health and of the chemical - biological sciences expert in chemical substances with biological activity (medicaments, medicines, drugs, food, toxins). To be able to create professionals of this type are necessary subjects that represent the essence itself of the profession of pharmaceutical chemist, since it it are Pharmacology, Chemical Drugstore, Farmacognosia, Pharmaceutical Technology, Cosmetología, Toxicology, Bromatología, Biofarmacia, Clinical Drugstore, etc.

To be able to give these subjects we need, which we consider to be the fundamental prop of the career of Chemistry and Drugstore, an institute of drugstore, which should possess the educational personnel qualified to give the above mentioned subjects, and that in addition possesses an infrastructure adapted for the development, both of educational activities and of the pharmaceutical investigation.

Nowadays, and in spite of 14 years of existence of our career and of 5 years of the existence of our institute as such, our institute lacks the basic infrastructure necessary to be able to develop the educational activities and of investigation.
